Italian design and technology
The number one priority of our company is the quality of our products and their durability. We buy equipment and borrow technologies from our European colleagues, which allows our production to carry out regular modernization and take into account modern trends and technologies of production processes.
Our production is located in Odessa and assembles wood-aluminum window systems and tests the finished product. Golden Ash including the distribution and sale of windows in Odessa and in Ukraine, as well as produces installation at the site.
The wood-aluminum windows of the EMBLEMA series are unique in that they use thermal break technology. This technology eliminates contact between the aluminum outside and the wood inside, which in turn reduces heat loss.
Since the wood is inside, it is not affected by the environment, respectively, when properly used, durable and strong aluminum, in combination with unaffected by the sun and moisture, wood, these windows are eternal. Products are limited only by the manufacturer's warranty on fittings (10 years).
Unlike AluWood windows, where polyamide (a complex compound of plastic) is responsible for thermal insulation and Wooden windows, where wood is responsible for heat, in Wood-Aluminum windows with thermal break technology both Wood and polyamide are responsible for thermal insulation. Polyamide is placed around the entire perimeter of the product and ties the materials together.
Ash is not subjected to additional chemical treatments, which is not necessary because the wooden part of the structure is indoors. Aluminum and ash are environmentally friendly materials. They do not emit any harmful substances and are safe for children
Wood-aluminum windows cannot have a thin profile, as the profile is based on wood. But Italian marketers have proposed a solution - a streamlined aluminum part. The curved aluminum profile creates a projection, thereby visually reducing the width of the profile from the street side.
